I havent used it really much, so i cant tell. My job entails that I switch between different distribution centers so this thing has never just sat on my desk, it has been slapped, dropped, compressed in a backpack and even watered on!

Product support - I went back to the tablet page I ordered from and when I paged down and found the content summary, descriptions and product and name matched up exactly, so I finally decided to simply wait out the tablets arrival.

I recently got a Intuos4 and installed its latest driver. Everything was working fine, the mouse, the pen, everything. The next day, I turn my laptop on willing to work on my projects, the tablet works, again, fine. The second I opened Illustrator the tabled just died. I tried ptk-640 it and a driver alert told me it couldn't read the usb device or something intuos4 that, I tried using different usb ports and still didnt work. Also, the tablet seem to work when I boot my laptop, but after a few seconds it dies out again. I wonder, is the old wacom bamboo driver messing with the Intuos'?

It's so dirt cheap now a days think of the onboard memory of every single cell phone, or thumb drives that companies give away as promotion now it would've costed pennies to add 1mb or even less memory into the tablet to store your expresskey data. The Touch Ring is what I think the biggest innovation in the Intuos4. I did a few little kid jumps and yelps I'm a newly 55 year old with a fairly serious streak and then kept experimenting with the new pen and tablet. I will definitely be getting another Wacom of some sort when I need to upgrade. Performing a 'clean installation' of Windows 10 removes the existing files and components that allow users to connect their Cintiq Companion 2 to external hardware, resulting in loss of functionality.
